localis (Smith)
Odynerus localis Smith, 1879a: 678, male [female]—“Kauai” (London, no. 18.364); 1879b: 134, male [female] (Kauai).— Blackburn & Kirby 1880: 86 (possibly variety of O. maurus Smith).— Perkins 1899: 71, pl. 1 fig. 15 (male, female; Kauai, mountains); 1906b: 69 (key); 1912: 727 (represented in Blackburn’s collection by O. radula (F.) only).
