1. URLs used to download the PBDB data. 2. Fossil occurrence data downloaded from PBDB. 3. Added Permian-Jurassic occurrences and the reference list. 3. Revised fossil occurrence data. 4. Estimated diversification dynamics, diversities and MBD results.

The file 'R and Bash scripts' includes:

1. Functions and R scripts used to process the dataset and plot the results. 2. Bash scripts used to analyse the PyRate files. PyRate files are not provided because of their large size. They can be generated by the R scripts and datasets provided.
