The main purpose of this study is to identify the training and development needs of organization to implement Talent Development practices which help to bridge skill gaps of employees with new and important skills. There is limited number of research articles related to this topic, hence, this research can enlarge the amount of papers with similar analysis. In order to analyze training needs, Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) has been chosen as a case study for this research. In this study, secondary and primary qualitative research methods were utilized and several interviews were organized. At the end of the paper, specific recommendations for training and improvement needs were provided.
