Description
Abstract:
The Chinese Glioma Datasets (CGGA) are comprehensive and valuable collections of data related to glioma, a type of brain tumor, originating from Chinese patients. The CGGA is a data portal for the storage and interactive exploration of cross-omics data, including nearly 2000 primary and recurrent glioma samples. This dataset contains phenotype information. The Sample IDs serve as unique identifiers for each sample.

This dataset was uploaded to UBRITE for GTKB project.
