Description

Currently, the question of choosing tactics for the treatment of patients with necrotizing infections of the lower extremities is increasingly being raised. This is due to the fact that to stop the progression of this pathological process, it is necessary not only surgical treatment and antibacterial therapy, but also restoration of the main blood flow and microcirculation. In this regard, we analyzed the method of angiogenesis stimulation developed by us, which was used in 37 patients.
