Data for AD honeycomb lattice and mVMC Hamiltonian builder for the honeycomb lattice
Description
1. mvmc_honeycomb.ipynb Jupyter Notebook file contains python code which allows to generate the Hamiltonian input files for the mVMC c mVMC code (https://github.com/issp-center-dev/mVMC) For the NxN honeycomb lattice (2xNxN lattice sites), assuming:
-Arbitrary chosen range of hoppings
-Arbitrary chosen range of density-density Coulomb interactions
-Arbitrary chosen range of exchange/Hund/pairhopp interaction terms
-Arbitrary chosen range of correlated hopping interaction terms
In data.zip we collect computed hopping and interaction amplitudes as well as, files resulting from VMC wave function optimization scheme.
