Description
We present Matlab scripts to compute spatial spectra based on implicit filters and data on unstructured triangular meshes. There are two versions of the filters, one based on harmonic and the other on biharmonic operators. Matlab preconditioned conjugate gradient solver is used in computations. Synthetic data are used with known Fourier spectra to verify the performance of the method. The scripts were written to test the method, but they can be easily adapted to practical tasks.
