Description
Engraftment analyses of microbiome data from the FECBUD project about ulcerative colitis (UC) patients treated with fecal microbiota transplantation.
Microbiota data derive from stool samples of UC patients and healthy fecal donors that have been sequenced using shotgun sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq platform. Resulting reads were analysed using One Codex, of which the output was further analyzed and interpreted using the R scripts linked here.
