Technical specifications for the geometric survey and general conservation state visual analysis tender

The purpose of the Exchange Information requirements is to provide support and to serve as requirements guide in all designs of the 20 buildings selected (10 buildings in the Old Strovolos core district, Nicosia and 10 buildings in the Cami Cedid and Arnaut districts, Limassol) to function as testbeds for the development of the UP platform will be created as central models to be hosted on an open-source BIM software using importing and updating the data generated in T4.3 (WP4). The objective of this Task is data optimization, creating a hierarchy of the information (i.e., metadata linked with 3D assets), according to the BIM model goals. The amount of data available will be filtered according to the parameters useful for management and system maintenance. Furthermore, the object of this document is to provide support and explain BIM with a clear methodology. Throughout the various phases of the project, this guide provides an operational framework and technical modalities of BIM processes. They will finally be defined in the BIM Execution Plan of each phase, thus ensuring consistency and coherence in the use of the BIM.
