ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS KERJA PADA PT MITRA ASA PRATAMA DI KOTA BEKASI

This study was conducted to determine the productivity of employees in an effort to improve the quality of work. Judging from its nature, this study includes a descriptive type of research. And if viewed from the approach, this study uses a qualitative approach. The research location is at PT Mitra Asa Pratama in Bekasi city. The type of data used is through interviews, observations and documentation.

The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that affect the development of productivity and quality of work of employees in a company such as work ethics, discipline, supportive work facilities, a comfortable working environment and the required skills as well as the creativity of employees. But in reality the company is faced with still encountered obstacles and not optimal productivity itself in order to achieve the quality of work.

It is recommended that companies always pay attention to the discipline, performance, enthusiasm, creativity and skills of the employees themselves by maintaining good communication with employees, maintaining a clean work environment so that employees always feel comfortable and facilitate all existing needs.
