The shap*.npy files are the SHAP results calculated using https://github.com/slundberg/shap.

All the event dates are listed in Figure 2 (20 acceleration), Figure 3(8 depletion), and Figure 4(71 events) notebooks.

The plots of acceleration and depletion events are named as revision_shap2_deple*.pdf or revision_shap2_acce*.pdf
