Description
D9 corresponds to an intermediate deliverable of WP2, covering work developed until month 6 of the project, and closing the first part of the work developed across tasks 2.2 to 2.4. D9 is supplemented by D10 (CODECO Technological Guidelines, Reference Architecture, and Initial Open-source Ecosystem Design – final version), due in month 18 (June 2024).
WP2 has two phases: the first phase, detailed in this deliverable, finishes in month 6 of the project (June 2023). The second phase runs from month 14 (Feb 2024) until month 18 (June 2024) and shall cover the final aspects of the architectural design of CODECO, integrating changes and customizations derived from the other WPs.
This deliverable provides:
- A summary of the CODECO vision, its global ecosystem, target stakeholders and main
assets.
- A high-level description of the CODECO architecture, its components, and operation in
one cluster, as well as operational considerations for operating CODECO on a federated
clusters’ environment, including a list of assumptions and requirements to be passed to
the other WPs in CODECO.
- An overview on the CODECO key scientific contributions, and CODECO boundaries.
Guidelines for the experiments and open-source assets development
