THE ROLE OF THE CLUB LEADER IN AN INSTITUTION OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the role of a circle leader in organisation of circle work in the conditions of preschool educational institutions. The author reveals the essence of the concepts of "competence of a circle leader" and "circle leader". The importance of circle work in the PEI, its significant pedagogical potential in the educational process is emphasised. The main tasks of circle work are defined. Modern circle work in the system of preschool education of children is focused not on the transfer of certain knowledge, skills and abilities, but on the development of the child, restoration of strength, disclosure of his/her capabilities, abilities and personal qualities. The tasks and responsibilities of the club leader in the conditions of preschool education, his/her functions are analysed. It is proved that the role of the head of circle work in the preschool educational institution is significant for the development of preschoolers and has certain features, requirements and rules of observance.
