Description
There are communication strategies carried out by the Lhokseumawe Covid-19 Task Force in implementing the coffee shop protocol, namely direct communication strategies in the form of socialization and media communication strategies by distributing mayoral circulars, posters, and banners in every coffee shop and also creating a Covid-19 website. Lhokseumawe to make it easier for the public to find information about Covid-19. In addition, the health protocol applied at the coffee shop is to provide a place for washing hands, provide posters or banners regarding the appeal to wear masks, maintain a safe distance between tables so as not to be close to each other, and not hold events that can cause crowds, and the number of consumers is reduced due to rules reduce mobility. The obstacle that is often found by the Lhokseumawe Covid-19 Task Force in implementing health protocols in coffee shops is the lack of public awareness in adhering to health protocols.
