Presentation given at the Workshop (MS21) of the Genomic Data Infrastructure project WP6: Best practice on maximizing data quality and utility when preparing data for inclusion into the infrastructure.
It was the first of two on-line annual workshops focussing on data quality: submission (WP6) processes. This presentation presents and discusses the topic of Data Submission in(to) GDI and where to start and also includes pointers to best practices.
