Implementing Open Science: FAIR principles

  • 1. ISTI-CNR

Description

Introduction to FAIR principles and their application for PhD students. As the landscape of scientific research evolves, it becomes increasingly important to adopt practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing. The FAIR principles provide a framework for enhancing, among other things, the accessibility, reusability, and long-term preservation of research data and outputs.

This module aimed to introduce the FAIR principles and their relevance to Open Science, discussing the main strategies for applying them while respecting the "as open as possible, as closed as necessary" approach.
