SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON THE CONTRACT OF INCORPORATION AND CORPORATE LAW

In this article, the author analyzed the opinions and comments of legal scholars on the foundation of contract and corporate law from the theoretical and practical point of view based on the current legal documents and scientific works of researchers. Also, it was intended to justify the adoption of general rules specific to corporate relations, which are the most important and fundamental part of organizational-legal relations and which all corporations must follow, and the need to express the basic rules regarding various legal entities in the form of a corporation in the FC.
