LUD2015-005 Publication Code Release (Carroll et al. 2023)

Release of code and supplementary data to recreate bioinformatics analyses and figure generation for the following publication from the LUD2015-005 Project Team: "Tumor monocyte content predicts immunochemotherapy outcomes in esophageal adenocarcinoma" (Carroll et al., Cancer Cell, 2023). Compared with v1.0, some figure numbering was updated in R Markdown files and code added for Figure S4H in v1.1, to which updated Nextflow metadata files were added in v1.2.
