STUDY OF MOISTURE INDICATORS OF RECYCLED GRAIN MASS

Currently, in the context of food shortages throughout the world and in Uzbekistan, one of the pressing issues is to provide the population with valuable food grains that can be processed and not processed throughout the year. In this regard, it is important to bring the moisture content of the grain mass to one norm, that is, to a moisture level not higher than the basic state, and maintain this norm throughout the entire storage period.
