PhotoBatch: Batch Processing/Event Detection for ABET II Touchscreen Operant Behaviour and Doric Fiber Photometry

PhotoBatch 1.3.0 Release:

Adds new functionality to the behavioural event filtering. Adds new baselining option.

Additions:

• Added ability to define filter_arg as a variable name from ABET Task. Will grab float or int value from variable from closest previous reference in task to the event of interest.
• Added "prior" option to baselining. Data collected from the event prior --> event start window will be used to calculate baseline for z-scores.

Fixes:

• Small modification to file parsing for Doric hdf5 files (Version 6)
• Updated output file naming scheme to support new filter contingencies
