According to the data, 40% of respondents stated strategic planning is "Very Effective." Strategic planning increases worker productivity, and 82.20% of respondents indicated it promotes employee satisfaction. Organization performance has grown with 57.80% of the leadership responding. It generates a sense of collective responsibility with 53.30%. This research recommended for actively incorporating employees in strategic planning from the start. Long-term strategy should always be done by an organization since it improves the firm's production and competitiveness.
