“Tirukkural” is the universal language of the world. Thirukkural has been revered till today because of its moral insights. Many scholars have taken and translated its ideas from various angles and presented in a most wonderful way. However, every time I read Kural, it keeps giving me new meanings and ideas as if they were out of date. That is why Kural has the honour of conquering time. There are two chapters that appear on the topic of estimating the situation and doing action. In the nature of cognition, being aware of another's psychological state is important to external life and a necessary one too. But when it comes to inner life, it can be assumed that surrender or tolerance becomes very necessary. Understanding the situation is something that takes place in the internal life as well as the external life. What is its nature? What does it mean? Valluvar has explained very clearly how we should level within it. In short, we are looking at two different positions on the same topic. That means the title is of single idea and the Kuratpas are different. Character is different. The meaning is different. This article seeks to explore its meaning, place, and specialty of Kurals in its multifaceted nature.
