CERRADO ALARMES HISTORIC
Description
Burned area product over the Cerrado and Pantanal biomes, Brazil, derived from ALARMES developed by the Laboratory for Environmental Satellite Applications (LASA) based at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) from 2012 through 2021. For additional information about these results, please see the ALARMES website.
Notes
This version has one band with Burn Date (BD) at Julian Day (1 to 366) for each year. Example: CERRADO_ALARMES_HIST_v2_BD_YYYY.tif
The biomes polygons used were derived from Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatistica (IBGE, 2019).
