LONG-TERM EFFECTS OF LEAD EXPOSURE AT A DOSE OF 1.5 MG/KG IN THE LUNGS

  • 1. Georgian State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sports, Georgia
  • 2. Tbilisi State University, Georgia

Description

The morphological picture obtained as a result of the conducted experiment indicates that non-specific interstitial pneumonia develops in the lung tissue in case of long-term exposure of a small dose of lead long time after exposure. A similar picture was described by other researchers. In particular, it has been observed in the lungs after oral administration of lead acetate in albino mice, as well as during intraperitoneal administration of lead acetate in rats.
