Description

Here, we present the code used to analyse the RNAylomeSeq data presented in Wolfram-Schauerte et al., 2023 "A viral ADP-ribosyltransferase attaches RNA chains to host proteins". We include the RMarkdown script and its HTML used for the analysis of the count data, the corresponding count data and genome annotation files.
