Description
This paper presents seven previously unpublished Roman nummi metallorum ‒ quadrantes bearing reference to the metalla of Delmatia ‒, as well as two anonymous quadrantes. The coins originate from two private collections: the Kovačević collection which today is part of the Numismatic Collection of the National Museum in Belgrade, and the collection of Petar Fajfrić from Šabac. The five nummi metallorum which are now in the Fajfrić collection were all found on the territory of Banovo Polje (commune of Bogatić) in Serbia.
