Octoglena anura (Cook, 1904: 63)
Neotype: 1 ♂. Polyzoniida: Hirudisomatidae / Hypozonium anurum Cook M, F / NEOTYPE, PARANEOTYPE/ Sig. Shelley, 1995 // [hw label] Maple TG, Saltwater St. Pk./ 18 mi S. of Seattle, King Co,/ WASH 15.VIII. 61 W. Suter leg. // [in microvial] M NEOTYPE // [in microvial] F PARANEOTYPE // [barcode label] FSCA 00070978.
Conservation status: Good condition; in 75% EtOH.
Additional notes: Paraneotype 1 ♀ in vial; same location data; FSCA 00070979; originally described as Hypozonium anurum Cook, 1904, and subsequently given the new combination Octoglena anura (Cook, 1904) by Shelley (1996a); Neotype designation by Shelley (1996a).
