≡ Jussiaea prostrata (Roxb.) Léveillé (1910a: 138) ≡ Nematopyxis prostrata (Roxb.) Miquel (1856: 630).
Type:— INDIA. Bengal: Roxburgh s.n. (not located).
Distribution: — Sikkim & Darjeeling, S Hengduan.
Note: — Ludwigia prostrata is similar to L. epilobioides in its leaves, flowers and fruits. It can be distinguished by its seeds lying in one row per locule, free.
