Maize total starch determination (lab protocol)
Description
The determination of total starch in maize flour can be carried out using a modified Megazyme assay. The Megazyme assay is a widely used enzymatic method for starch analysis. Here we describe a modified assay using megazyme for determining total starch in maize flour.
