CODECO D5 - Risk Assessment and Management Plan

The CODECO Deliverable D5 “Risk Assessment and Management Plan” provides the
CODECO risk definition, and management procedures, focusing on adapting an agile
approach at different levels of the project structure (task, WP, Executive Board, EB) for risk
identification, analysis, and mitigation.
The deliverable proposed actions shall be continuously monitored by the PC and by all
Partners at the EB level, and the status of risks in CODECO, along with measures taken, will
be updated in month 18 of the project (D6) and month 36 (D7).
