A RESSOCIALIZAÇÃO DE EX PRESIDIÁRIOS NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS

O presente artigo tem como objetivo a elucidação dos fundamentos legais e das limitações e desafios do Sistema Penitenciário Brasileiro na ressocialização do preso, fazendo considerações sobre as formas de ressocialização utilizadas, assim como, os direitos e garantias fundamentais dos presos abordando as determinações elencadas tanto na constituição federal, quanto na lei de execução penal. Neste sentido, tratou-se da aplicabilidade das opções descritas no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e o impacto das medidas de ressocialização dos indivíduos para com estes e para com a sociedade, espelhando no convívio social e no intuito de erradicar novas infrações destes indivíduos após a utilização dos meios de ressocialização previstos.

This article aims to elucidate the legal foundations and the limitations and challenges of the Brazilian Penitentiary System in the resocialization of the prisoner, making considerations about the forms of resocialization used, as well as the fundamental rights and guarantees of the prisoners, addressing the determinations listed both in federal constitution, as well as in the penal execution law. In this sense, it dealt with the applicability of the options described in the Brazilian legal system and the impact of the measures of resocialization of individuals towards them and towards society, mirroring in social life and in order to eradicate new infractions of these individuals after the use of the envisaged means of resocialization.
