DEVELOPMENT OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL AS ONE OF THE FORMS OF THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

The article analyzes the issues of building a people-friendly state through the further development of free civil society and increasing the value of people, as defined in the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan. The authors made a scientific conclusion that the final goal of the democratic reforms implemented in our country is to achieve a happy and prosperous life for every person in our country.
