Eumenes coelestimontana Kostylev, 1940a: 140–141, ♀ ♁ (type locality: “ Rivière Petite Almatinka, Tian-chan, Alatau Transilien ” [Kazakhstan]).

Distribution. Russia (Altai), Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia (Java).
