Data and Software from: Temperature and tree size explain the mean time to fall of dead standing trees across large scales

Description

This Release publishes data and code to re-produce the analysis, figures and tables presented in the manuscript entitled "Temperature and tree size explain the mean time to fall of dead standing trees across large scales" submitted for publication as an original research article to Forests. All data and code to generate the results as shown in the manuscript have been included. 

Python environment files are provided and environments as well as associated jupyter notebook kernels can be installed using a bash script as follows:

bash install_python_environments.sh

Thereafter, all figures and tables presented in the manuscript can be reproduced by running:

bash run_DB_climate_analysis.sh
