SciFiReaders now returns a dictionary of sidpy datasets (thanks Boris) added readers:

mrc filereader: ThermoFisher 4D STEM data file (thanks Austin) neutron scattering file reader (thanks Rama) bugs removed: -emd file reader: ThermoFisher EDS spectrum images are now read correctly
