Nutritional facts about Whole Grains
Description
Nutritional fact about whole grains is a nutritional information material that contains the health benefits of whole grain consumption, food sources, and examples. It also contains a recipe for whole wheat chocolate chip muffins and portion size equivalents to help the consumer make healthy food choices. This infographic and nutrition education material is part of project deliverables for the Immersive Learning Project at Ball State University which provides students with real-life community engagement and community nutrition training.
