The problem of the correlation of economic efficiency and social competence
has a long history. When considering the economic efficiency
of the internet, emphasis is placed on the comparison of economic results and costs. Accordingly, effective economic growth can be interpreted as such an increase in long-term potential output, in which the maximum level of consumption per capita is achieved at the minimum cost of production factors necessary to ensure the specified level of consumption. Sob-Naturally, the neoclassical approach offers such an interpretation of effective economic growth in the form of the well-known "golden rule of accumulation" by E. Phelps
