Description

Files for users of the workflow "A Bioconductor workflow for processing, evaluating and interpreting expression proteomics data". Files include Proteome Discoverer (v2.5) processing and consensus workflows for both TMT and LFQ expression proteomics data. Also provided are the output .txt files of a corresponding Proteome Discoverer identification search, as required for users to follow the workflow themselves. For raw data please refer to PRIDE.
