Moral regulations of media elite activities: post-Weberian interpretation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the methods of philosophical substantiation of the principles of communication, which should be used by the media elite. From the point of view of post-Weberian criticism, transparency is considered as the central condition of mass communication.
