GermanPowerMarket.database.toolbox

The GermanPowerMarket.database.toolbox (GPM.db.tb) is a data collection and software which contain two kinds of components.
The first core component is a collection of different data sets for the German power market derived from the entsoE transparency platform and the EEX Emission Spot Primary Market Auction Report. Those collections are structured in a SQLite database to ensure a fast access and a easy link of different data sets for derived or rather compute secondary informations.
The second part of the GPM.db.tb is a toolbox of six python modules to set up the data base from entsoE raw data, compute secondary informations and most of all serve functions for various analytical plots of the data. There is a dedicated module for a graphical user interface (GUI, based on tkinter, which is a default library in most python distrubutions) to simplify the usability of the plotting functions.
In addition for some (recently two) applications of the GPM.db.tb short documentations referring to specific use cases are part of that wiki as well as the corresponding raw data and results stored in the appropriate subdirectories.
