Description
This upload consists of a software tool to be used for focal spot evaluation of an X-ray source as described by the most recent revisions of the standard EN12543 (-4,-6,-7). The evaluation is based on X-ray images acquired with gauges having line group and/or hole patterns. Few sample images are provided with the software for test purposes.
