Type locality: Brazil, Santa Catarina, Nova Teutônia. HM (BMNH). Distr.: Colombia, Brazil (Pará, Bahia, Santa Catarina), Argentina (Misiones: Puerto Iguazú,Arroyo Mbocay, 25°37′51.16″S, 54°33′41.46″W; Puerto Iguazú, Arroyo Tacuara, 25°35′38.30″S, 54°34′39.44″W; Paranay, 26°40′33.82″S, 54°49′13.44″W; Arroyo Anyico at km 813 NRt. 14, 27°39′52.76″S, 55°36′31.35″W.
