The concept of VUCA, which emerged for the first time by the US military at the end of the Cold War, is used to describe the business world full of uncertainties today. The world is now more volatile and uncertain due to the epidemic, quarantine, political events, fluctuations in the economy and digital transformation. Leadership plays a critical role in the VUCA world. Leaders face unprecedented challenges as they navigate uncharted waters in this environment of volatility, uncertainty and complexity. COVID-19 is not only a very important public health issue affecting entire countries throughout the world; it is also wreaking havoc on corporate sectors. To assist leaders in managing and resolving the challenges and problems that the epidemic has posed to their organizations. Leaders may be able to fully comprehend those developments and their implications for their businesses, and then devise methods to deal with them in such a fast-changing and unpredictable world. Successful leaders can design their tactics for leading in this awful situation using a variety of VUCA models. It is an important body of knowledge for understanding and adapting to the world of VUCA, turning threats into opportunities. Especially with the pandemic period, it has become more important for managers to be able to manage remote teams, lead change and cope with uncertainty. In this regard, this research study aimed to discuss about VUCA and the international labor organization in the COVID-19 Pandemic.
