Notes
This trained 2D U-Net model segments the contour, foreground and background of Bacillus Subtilis bacteria imaged with Widefield microscopy images. To obtain a unique label for each individual bacteria detected in the image one could run further watershed segmentation using the label 1 as the seed. (Uploaded via https://bioimage.io)
