Description
Periarticular fractures of the proximal humerus in children account for up to 14% of all skeletal trauma. The choice of treatment method - conservative or surgical - depends on the age of the patient, the degree of displacement of fragments and the mechanism of injury. The paper presents a method for the treatment of fractures of the proximal humerus in children and adolescents.
