Organizational citizenship behavior has a very important role to achieve the organization's goal. Job satisfaction has known as a predictor to improve organizational citizenship behavior. The research aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted using a quantitative method approach. The research was conducted on 38 respondents, namely agricultural extension workers in Labuhanbatu Regency. After the data is collected, the data is processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling using SMART PLS. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employees. The findings of this study suggest that it is very important to increase job satisfaction at work.
