stubbsda/diaplexis: Improved Homology Support

This release contains improvements to the nomenclature of the homology computations, including the XML runtime parameter, along with the replacement of an earlier option using the GAP software by the PARI library, eliminating the need for scripting the GAP input and then parsing its output. This release also requires the C++17 standard since the creation of the data directory is now handled using a std::filesystem function call and provides a few minor documentation improvements.
