Modeling the Sequence Dependence of Differential Antibody Binding in the Immune Response to Infectious Disease

Description

Raw peptide microarray data of fluorescence intensities representing relative binding of antibodies in sera samples collected from different cohorts of patients diagnosed with a number of viral infections. Healthy controls are also included.

Columns:

Sequence - peptide sequence

HCV - Hepatitis Virus C

Dengue - Dengue virus

WNV - West Nile Virus

HBV - Hepatitis Virus B

Chagas - Chagas disease

ND - negative/healthy donor

LowCV - low coefficient of variation

HighCV - high coefficient of variation

Notes

The data that was used in this analysis was collected under Chemical Biological Technologies Directorate contracts HDTRA-11-1-0010, HDTRA1-12-C-0058 from the Department of Defense (Defense Threat Reduction Agency, DTRA).
