ABSTRACT:

Despite the fact that Chitral is very peaceful area and the People of Chitral are very gentle, quiet and hate fighting. Seeing their so much nobility and simplicity, it seems that not a single incident of crime would have happened there. But on other hand there are many cases of Crimes in this peaceful area related to Qasas and Diyat etc. Therefore, it is very important to find out the motives behind those incidents, due to which they happened. At the same time, it is also important to know that in the former State of Chitral, there were very strong and exemplary methods of crime prevention and arrest of Criminals, which led to the prevention of heinous Crimes and murders. And to this day, their best effects are felt in Chitral society. Therefore, it is important to be aware of all the methods that were used to prevent various types of crimes in Chitral region during the state period. So adopting these, the growing killing and destruction in the present society, fights and hatreds could be stopped and saved from .In this article, all the reasons behind those incidents and the ways to prevent them have been combined. And then according to the Qur'an and Sunnah, there has been extensive discussion and comment on them.
