Description

Paraphysifer salsuginosus (Logvinenko, 1961), comb. n.

Psammotettix salsuginosus Logvinenko, 1961: 51, fig.1, 1–5.

Psammotettix salsuginosus: Emeljanov, 1964: 424, figs 23, 24.

Note. The species was described from southern Ukraine (Logvinenko, 1961) and later recorded from Moldova (Talitsky & Logvinenko, 1966), southern European Russia (Krasnodar Territory) (Gnezdilov, 2000), Bulgaria (Emeljanov et al., 2002), and Turkey (Lodos & Kalkandelen, 1987). It is recorded from Aeluropus littoralis (Emeljanov, 1964) and Salicornia sp. (Amaranthaceae) (Lodos & Kalkandelen, 1987).
